Bear Creek is a K-7 elementary school in Surrey, BC, Canada. It has a very diverse population with a total of 473 students. High expectations for learning and behavior are the traditions of our school. The Student Code Of Conduct is a system of behavior management guided by the following principles: The “3 R’s” and it focuses on Respect, Responsibility and Reliability. As of this year, Bear Creek has been added as a Community Partnership school, with the goal to determine the needs of the community and implement programs that would help best address those needs. Some of the programs that we have are: an outdoor environmental club, a Robotic club, a team mentoring program and weekly zumba for teachers and students. We are very proud of our students and staff and we work to foster a welcoming and engaging learning environment.
